Qualification Summary

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Previous Nutrition/Supplement retail experience is a must (1-3 years)
  • Meets and exceeds monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provides prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound leads and properly documents and tracks results
  • Builds and maintains knowledge base to become a Nutrition Excellence product and service expert
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
  • Proven ability to close business via phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and presentation skills
  • Reliable, highly organized person who is self motivated, result and detail oriented
  • Positive and “can-do” attitude
  • Good working knowledge of supplements and ingredients
  • Health conscious individual who lives an active lifestyle

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Plan a call cycle for new and existing customers
  • Strategize ways to service and grow the territory
  • Assist with sales reps as needed
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences as required
  • Keep up to date on new products, services and brands
  • Perform other duties as assigned
